Once a woman is educated she will lead the family. Sabala is addressing gender discrimination, girl child education, devadasi system, access to finance, skill development, and managerial skill, Sabala believes that women empowerment is when; women own the resources, control and manage them. But till date, only 13% of women own the properties we encourage .I women organisations like SHG,cooperative societies and farmer producer companies to ensure participation in decision making process,under take group economic activities and profit sharing. most of the families in the rural area will not give importance to girl child education. Only 8% of Dalit girls and 12% of Minority girls go to higher education.
