Summary

CF should be educated and will be able to work to avail of Social Entitlement and Bank accounts. CF are not from TI staff. (Peer can work as a CF as they are Part-time) CF should be from the community and have to maintain privacy. CSS community champion can work as a CF. CBO can decide the CF selection district/zone as per population load. No one full-time staff will be a CF. Part-time/active community members can be CF.
