We are a social sector outfit working with various corporates, multi-lateral and bi-lateral organizations to focus on innovative models for sustainable growth of communities. We are fast paced growing organization and are in search of promising individual who wishes to collaboratively work in a conducive environment. Anyone who has 3 – 4 years of relevant experience with community including livelihood, enterprise etc.and willing to undertake following responsibilities are invited to apply: • Responsible for the project implementationwith the help of community resource persons under the guidance of the program manager • Formation and strengthening of community institutions like Bal Sansad, Self-help groups, producergroups etc. Provide them the regular training, documentation and hand holding support • Mobilise community and build rapport with them to make them part of the various project related activities • Monitoring and follow up of the project related activities
