City Level Programme of Action For Street and Working Children (CLPOA) CLPOA is a state level NGO working for bringing meaningful changes in the lives of marginalized children and communities with support from Government of India, Government of West Bengal, international organizations and corporate agencies.Education, health and protection being the focus area of CLPOA, it is actively involved in various developmental activities across West Bengal. Being the implementing partner, CLPOA has been associated with BAT since 2022 on Prevention of Trafficking Project in Kadambagachi Gram Panchayet, Barasat Block-1, North 24 Parganas,West Bengal. British Asian Trust (BAT) based in UK, founded in 2007 by King Charles III and a group of pre-eminent British Asian business leaders. BAT is a diaspora-led international development organisation, delivering high-quality programmes in South Asia.
