Summary

With an objective to attract investment and employment in the State, Maharashtra Government has launched one stop shop Maharashtra Industry, Trade and Investment Facilitation Cell (MAITRI), the cell marks a paradigm shift in role of the Government from being a regulator to that of facilitator It provides G2B services, one-stop-shop for existing and prospective investors to get consolidated information about the investment process with regards to expanding their existing units or to set up a new business unit in the State.
