At Illumine, we work on large-scale knowledge interventions that aim to strengthen organizations, institutions, and communities by bringing about mindset & attitude shifts across several thousands of people at high speeds in a systematic & scientific manner with high measurability. Through our change technologies, we have impacted more than 5 people from all walks of life including businesses, government, and educational institutions in India. A key component of our change technology is our community of change catalysts & facilitators who are at the forefront of our large-scale interventions building coaching capacity in front-line employees of client organizations and supporting them in scaling the intervention within their organization.
