“Make education work for me! Empower us to become the future talent force of the country!” is the clarion call of EWS students that Anahata UNITED EFFORTS Foundation, an NGO headquartered in Bengaluru is championing. Most of our young students lack exposure to the world of work. They are unable to understand the link between education and profession. “Why should I be good at Math to take up a job in the IT sector?”, “How can my creativity help me get a job in the media sector?”, “Will I be a good fit for the armed forces?”, “my friends are taking commerce, should I also?” …questions like thesetrouble them and demotivate them and they don’t know whom to turn to. Answering these questions is our first step while providing exposure to 24 different sectors through a 3 year 21st century skills enabled STEAM Career Planning curriculum
