Summary

Mann is a 13 year old nonprofit that works with 18+ adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We train adults with IDD for meaningful work, partnering with businesses to help them secure jobs, become valued employees, and contribute to their families and society. We foster their physical and emotional well-being and provide opportunities to experience life as any young adult.

Causes Working On

Mann's vision is a world where young adults with intellectual disabilities live a full life with independence and dignity. Towards that vision, our mission is to create livelihood opportunities for persons with IDD and nurture their physical and emotional well-being. Over the last 11 years, Mann has developed and honed a structured, proven curriculum design for its training and employment programs that we call Livability and Workability training. The curriculum is individualized to each student’s need.
