Summary

Bagmari Mather and Child Develop Mission (BMCDM) is a not for profit development organization working with the mandate for a humane social order based on truth, justice, equality and freedom aimed at empowerment of the poor and marginalized community. Established in 2003, BMCDM works for enhancing capacity and fostering development process on the side of the vulnerable communities and address their real needs. Working with the people over the year BMCDM realized that the root cause of poverty needs to be tackled in order to bring sustainable development. Initial effort of building and strengthening process helps to evolve people’s organization in different operational area. Organizing and mobilizing process helps to build capacity as well as addressing issue for collective concern. As on date, BMCDM is one of the of the foremost grassroots development organization under the district of South & North 24 Pargans of West Bengal working for holistic development of poor & marginalized sect
