Job Description

• Reporting to PC on regular bases

• Observation or issues sharing to PC and counselor

• Ensuring safety of the women’s in the night

• Managing health issues, girls interpersonal issues , motivating girls to adhere

value set by Kshamata

• Part of women weekly meeting

• Updating night records & register – grocery, hygiene kit, attendance , gate

register, health register , menstruation etc

• Conducting nutrition session

• Maintaining hygiene in KTC and premises

• Looking after kitchen need and hygiene in the night

• Monthly report and session report of nutrition session to PC

Eligibility Criteria

HSC: HSC from any stream. Arts will be preferred first

UG :Graduate in BSW

PG :Post Graduation Not Required

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES

Preferable from Thane, Maharashtra

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MSW

Female Candidate only

Self Motivated

Good Verbal Written Marathi, Hindi & English Skills

Loads of Patience and Love for girls/women.

Energetic; it can be back breaking work running after them
