Job Description

• Facilitating meetings of the residential women meeting on a regular basis

• Feedback and observations to Counsellor and Supervisor

• Ensuring discipline and routine is adhered by the women at the centre

·      Ensuring basic needs of women are met

• Facilitating in making kitchen rota and maintained by women

• Ensuring kitchen hygiene by women

• Participate in case management process

• Escorting and follow up of the women on health and education related interventions etc.

• Facilitating the process in making documents of women (Pan Card, Adhaar, Bank account)

• Conduct health and nutrition sessions and other basic life skills sessions

• Ensure overall cleanliness maintained of Center

• Supervising Personal and menstrual hygiene of women

• Storage supervision

• Maintaining all records; Maintaining files of the women

• Filling up monthly review form of individual women

• Ensuring safe space for women to share and a clean environment

·      Helping in Maintaining MIS for KTC

·      Spending one-on-one and group time with the women

·      Mediating conflicts and handling grievances of the women

·      Coordination with volunteers and mentors and sharing feedback

• Any responsibilities given by immediate supervisor

Graduation - BSW

  • Self-Motivated
  • Good Verbal Written English, Hindi & Marathi Skills
  • Loads of Patience and Love for girls/women
  • Energetic
  • Willingness to Learn
