Job Description

We are looking for Bengali teachers with the following aspirations

• Can sing, dance, play be supportive and caring about children.

• Can collaborate well with families and community.

• Can be a model of empathy and kindness in times of difficulty

• One needs to be reflective.

• One needs to be a caregiver, enabler and educator.

• Great communication skills

• Creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily lessons, activities for development of children. (Teacher will be assisted)

• Planning outdoor activities as per age.

• Documenting students work and development.

• Planning several other activities and creative work for development of children.

• Collaborating with peers for planning and problem solving.

• Contributing in organizational culture building.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any relevant field.

Experience:

Preferably some experience , but freshers are also welcome.

CTC: Rs 1,80,000 P.A (non negotiable)

Accommodation and fooding will be provided.

Location: Hingalganj, Sundarbans, West Bengal
