JD-

1.Community and Farmer Mobilisation to construct Farmponds.

2.Making Survey and analysing the need and demand of the program.

3.Building team and developing talents.

4.Formation of Joint liability groups and knowledge about SHGs well.

5.Relevent experence in community development and agriculture sector.

6.Collecting data n generating reports and presentations to Management as and when required.

1.Should be responsible to create a new cluster in a new area and extend the area of operation and Initiate all Agri Initiatives in Bottom level.

2. Should be responsible to connect the villages and Farmers, He should build a good repo and Network with Lead farmers and Progressive Farmers at Community level.

3. Should be responsible to Construct 1000 Farm ponds in an expanded area annually and Team Building with quality resources.

4. Should be responsible to connect and work with 5000 farmers and have to mobilize the farmers through, gram sabha, Village level meetings, and Exposure visits. With  modern network techniques.

5. Responsible for connecting agri business activities through Farmer Producer Co vertical. And to contribute as per business plan developed. Responsible for bringing Impact on farmers' lives through agri Initiatives.

6. Apart from Agri Initiatives responsible to connect Foundation other programs and activities as and when required.
