Understanding the project contracts and budgets. Verifying the bills, vouchers and reimbursements of claims and advance settlements, facilitating the procurement process.
Verifying the Monthly salaries of staff, consultants, and rental payments with all statutory deductions. Handling of all Statutory Payments Submission of monthly/quarterly utilization statements. to the donor agencies as per their requirements
Coordination with the bank. Assisting and providing the data and information to the statutory audit team. Providing information to the donors as and when required. Preparing the Utilization Certificates to Donors as per agreements.
Administration:
Look in to the staff in & out during the office hours, maintain the staff attendance & leave records, Payment of salary and over management of the office day to day activities
Required qualification and experience:
Bachelor's degree in commerce with minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting. Knowledge of Tally accounting software and proficiency in. MS –Word & Excel,
Remuneration will be based on work experience and previous salary history,
