Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for facilitation of the project at the cluster level under the supervision of the field supervisor and the Project/field Coordinator.
2. Work closely with local communities and facilitate communities for collective actions. Organise regular meetings, need based trainings and interactions with required officials and other stakeholders.
3. Document field level process and meeting minutes under the guidance of the Project coordinator and provide regular inputs to the project coordinator and supervisor.
3. Provide technical inputs and undertake capacity building activities for local communities and community leaders.
4. Facilitate field visits, meetings, and other important events under the guidance of the Project Coordinator.
5. Work and report under the guidance of the Project Coordinator and take up any work related to the organisation and provide necessary inputs.
Have the ability to work extensively in the field and stay in villages when required.
The position is initially for a period of one year (including a probation period of three months) and extendable based on performance and project duration.
Remuneration: Remuneration is commensurate with experience and knowledge.

Qualification:
Should at least be Intermediate (12th class completed) and preferably a graduate with a minimum of three years' experience working with the community at grassroots.
Should have reasonable communication skills in English and proficiency in Telugu Language.
