Facilitate capacity building sessions
-Work closely with the Partnership team to translate the needs of partners to the program design
-Involve in annual planning of the capacity building programs for adherence
-Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse participants across all partner locations
-Ensure that the participants play an active and meaningful role in learning that can truly reflect their needs and enthusiasm
-Coordinate the logistics of the training as well as monitor trainings for smooth functioning
Develop content for programs
-Support the content development for various capacity building programmes on Citizenship education and constitution connect
-Research on various learning frameworks and incorporate them to the existing process wherever applicable
-Ensure customization based on the category of participants – on the basis on language, simplicity, mode of delivery and usage
-Work with SMEs to transform expert content into learner friendly online, classroom or blended learning solutions
Build strategies for the future
-Involve in the assessment of the impact of trainings by working with the M&E expert to implement learnings in the design of future programs
-Contribute to process improvements and innovation in capacity building
-Give inputs on training strategies by collecting and analysing feedback data
-Review and evaluate own facilitating style / strategies and upgrade from time to time based on feedback from Head
Graduate in any discipline, preferably from law background
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Ability to deliver training in a hybrid mode (classroom, online and blended)
Good digital literacy and well-versed with technology
Graduation - BA
Could be a Graduate, Diploma or a Post Graduate
Legal Background would be desirable.
