• Good understanding and experience in establishing linkages with the government and extension agencies.

• At 1 year of Experience

• Fluency in Communication

• Good computer skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.

• Self-reliance and ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment.
