Communication and Documentation Officer


Key Responsibilities

1. Research and write proposals complete with Log frame, Gantt chart and other deliverables focusing on monitoring & evaluation.

2. Submit Quantitative and qualitative outcomes of all projects.

3. Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports to the Trustees and funders.

4. Design and research tools for monitoring and evaluation.

5. Design and presentation of annual report.

6. Social media updates/coverage of events/ updating online content & success stories of all projects.

7. Any other tasks as per the projects' growth and targets of all projects of Adharshila.

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi – 110048

Note: This is not a remote position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

The NGO works for the upliftment of the underprivileged section of society by striving to empower and enable them, especially women, through our skill development certificate programs, education programs, and women's healthcare clinics. Adharshila’s strength lies in building partnerships with fellow NGO’s, Corporates, Government Organizations, Civil Society and National and Inter-national Organizations. It is registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882 with special tax exemptions under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act 1961 and under Foreign Currency Registration Act.
