• focusing on nutrition sensitivity and health for crop planning and food intake,
• creating sustainable and climate sensitive livelihood solutions,
• engaging with government and private institutions to catalyse large scale systems change.

This requires, an Executive in PRADAN to have a commitment to create a lasting and sustainable impact in the rural communities and nurture our core values of inclusivity, empowerment and environmental stewardship. Over time, an Executive is provided oportunities to actively participate in branding/positioning, fundraising, creating new partnership opportunities, grooming of younger professionals, and organisation’s governance.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria: (only women candidates)

Minimum 24 months’ work experience (not necessarily in the development sector), with a

10+2+4 for Technical or a Management degree (management, engineering, veterinary, agriculture, etc.) or 10+2+3+2 for a Masters' degree (through full time regular courses).

Other eligibility criteria include

• Applicants with Technical or Management degrees should have 60% or above marks in the qualifying degree and in all other examinations starting from class 10^th. Applicants from humanities and social science background should have 55% or above in the qualifying degree.
• The applicant will still be eligible if the person scored 50%+ in any one degree except for the qualifying degree.
• Any break (gap-years) between two consequent degrees should not be more than three years.
• Maximum age as on 1^st July 2023: 30 years.

Salary:

Selected candidates, with 24 months work experience, will be offered a fixed annual package (CTC) of Rs. 8.6 lakhs, without any variable component. Candidates with more than 24 months of work experience will be offered compensation package as per the prevailing salary slabs in the organization. Apart from this, every employee is eligible for Social Security Benefits and Retirement Benefits i.e.  Mediclaim Cover (including dependents), Personal Accident Cover, Term Life Insurance Cover, Provident Fund, Gratuity, National Pension System plus Child Education Allowance.  A person shall also be eligible for reimbursements of Travel Allowance, Local Conveyance allowance and other incidentals, as per organisation rules. Second and fourth Saturdays of the month are holidays in the organisation. Apart from 12 declared holidays, a woman employee is entitled to take 48 leaves (36 paid leaves and 12 menstrual leaves), every financial year.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MSW

Only women, with 2 years+ work experience (up to 30 years of age) can apply.

If General stream candidate, then Masters. If Technical stream, then Bachelors is sufficient.
