Job Description

Role Deliverables:

Supervise and manage daily hospital administrative operations.

Prepare work schedules of staff

Monitor administrative staff’s performance

Train new employees

Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies

Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff

Resolve potential issues with patients

Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations

Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.

Create quarterly and annual budgets

Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures

Maintain organized medical and employee records.

Qualifications and Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in hospital or healthcare administration or relevant field (essential).

o Proven 5 years of work experience as a Hospital Administration Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role.

o Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry

o Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Office

o Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations

o Superb organizational, administrative, planning and time management skills.

o Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations

o Ability to supervise and train team members

o Problem-solving attitude

o Good documentation, communication, and IT skills.

o Ability to multi-task.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Fluency in Hindi, English; knowledge of any other language will be an asset
