ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Impactful implementation of projects as per the stated objectives and impact.

• Continuous engagement with the community, stakeholder, community resource person, PRIs etc.

• Project related data management, documentation, and reporting.

• Convergence with govt, institutions and local authorities

• Any other additional responsibilities assigned by organization

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Master in Social Work/Rural Development with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

- Bachelor in Social work, social science etc. with minimum 5 years relevant experiences

SOFT SKILLS

- Language Proficiency - English, Gujarati, and Hindi – Verbal and written

- Knowledge of computer operations including word, excel and PowerPoint

- Interpersonal soft skills including communication (written and oral), discipline to plan and diligently complete the tasks assigned, people management, conflict resolution etc

REMUNERATION

Aligned to the market. Shall be mutually agreed upon the experience and promise made by the candidate.
