Job Description

Job responsibilities:

1.Implement project as per action plan and ensure timely completion of deliverables

2.Execute work plans to meet goals and objectives of the project

3.Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

4.Develop strategic plans for project implementation

5.Hold regular status meetings with project team and provide day to day guidance to project staff

6.Conduct and supervise monitoring meetings

7.Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities

8.Coordinate with team for good quality service delivery, ensuring team cohesion

9.Share progress of on-going activities of the project and future plan in line with theproject plan with the Project Manager and seek supervision

10.Liaise with Admin, FInance, M & E, HR teams to take support in order to make projectactivities as per budget

11.For the submission of financial reports to the donors, ensure timely sharing offinancial data with the Head Office

12.Prepare MIS for capturing project activities and reports based on achieved targets

13.Maintain documentation of different activities in the organizational formats forrecord keeping and donor communication

14.Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders and local community

15.Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities related to project work

16.Coordinate with volunteers, donors, employees for improving engagement

17.Understand needs of team to plan training and supervision

18.Ensure that project activities are in accordance with norms and standards of donor & organisation, as well as according to available budget lines and limitations

19.Conduct research and analysis based on activities’ data to improve project outcomes


Eligibility criteria:? Masters in Psychology/Social Work with minimum 2 years’ work experience will be preferred. Freshers are requested not to apply.

This position is at an urban slum community. Interest and motivation to work in this setting is necessary.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English & Hindi

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams collaboratively

Flexible, highly motivated self-starter

Prior project management experience in reputed NGOs is preferred

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant software/tools

Knowledge of MS-Office, Canva, G suite is necessary

Strong organisational and analytical skills with good attention to details

Fluency in Marathi is preferable
