POSITION OVERVIEW:

CLPOA is seeking someone with the attention to detail and commitment to precision to help overall implementation of the programme along with managing field independently. Project Coordinator will coordinate the programme activities with project team.


YOU

QUALIFICATIONS:

CLPOA is seeking qualified candidate with demonstrated excellence and at least three years of professional experience, non-profit or NGO preferred.Educational background at the M.A./MSW/Masters in any stream is preferred. Ability to work in Barasat is required, and fluency in Bengali apart from communicative ability in English is strongly preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Professional English fluency.



POSITION SALARY:

CTC Rs. 25,200/- per month.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for overall implementation of the programme along with managing fields independently.

2. Preparation of programme planning with the help of project team.

3. Coordinate the programme activities with project team.

4. Responsible for regular programme monitoring and reporting to ED.

5. Ensure activities are completed on time and the project updates are shared with the team by conducting weekly meetings.

6. Responsible for organizing monthly/quarterly meetings with team and ED.

7. Interact and liaise with all Gram Sansads and other allied stakeholders.

8. Organize and conduct all meetings & trainings in Gram Sansads.

9. Preparation of programme wise documents/reports and progress reports and share with funding partner.

10. Document case studies /success stories.

11. Preparation of compiled report on gram sansad wise progress.

12. Ensure maintenance of data base of the project.

13. Responsible for discussion on M&E data with all project staff in the monthly meeting.

14. Coordinate with BAT (British Asian Trust) officials.

15. Ensure support to project team whenever needed.
