Job Description

Core Responsibilities

1.Building and expanding the pool of changemaker-facilitators:

• Evangelizing the purpose with relevant networks

• Managing the facilitator selection process and onboarding new members rapidly


2.Assessing and upgrading facilitators:

• Managing facilitator certification processes

• Providing knowledge input and feedback to facilitators

• Conducting audits of facilitators


3. Holding capacity-building events:

• Supporting facilitators via online and face-to-face sessions

• Designing and executing various engagement initiatives


4.Configuring the right pool of facilitators for Illumine projects:

• Collaborating internally with program managers to match facilitators' expertise and availability for specific projects.


You are the right person for the role, if:

• You can command the respect of seasoned coaches/ facilitators.

• You have experience as a change catalyst or facilitator.

• Networking and connecting with people come naturally to you.

• You have 5+ years of experience in partnership building or community management, or in facilitating/ coaching.

• You have basic contracting and negotiation abilities.
