Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote program initiatives and secure funding opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for collaboration and leverage resources effectively. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and impact. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure progress against program objectives. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform programmatic decision-making. Capacity Building and Training: Provide guidance and support to project staff and partners to ensure effective implementation of program activities. Identify training needs and develop capacity-building initiatives for program stakeholders. Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the program team. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and regulatory authorities. Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to inform future program design and implementation.   • About Organization:Over the period of last few years of project implementation a lot of investment has been made in the area promoting flood prone agricultural practices, developing alternative livelihood sources and creating community institutions and building the capacity of the communities to mitigate the risk associated with disasters particularly flood. Our interventions primarily facilitate the process of strengthening these village based institutions and establishing linkage with inline government departments for its sustainability. Abhigyan Disha with support from various donor agencies is working towards helping children of primary school in achieving acceptable competency level (3R’s) in school with motivating teachers for it. We are also working towards achieving our objective of addressing issues of in-school processes, teaching learning processes and intend to impact on the overall learning environment where in children demonstrate measurable improvements in learning.
