Job Description

Requirements:


* MSW / Graduate with specialization in CSR or HR.


* Strong discipline and ethical working capability.


* Good computer skills in using Microsoft suite & usual communication software / tools.


* 3 years of working experience.


Responsibilities:


* Coordinate as a link between the Organisation and various factories in and around Vadodara.


* Coordinate with various factories/ industries/ corporates working for upliftment of society.


* Contact Corporates, arrange meetings/directly meet the CSR-concerned personnel for acquiring projects.


* Give Presentations to Corporates.


* Develop projects/programmes.


* Must involve in Outreach Activities with Corporates and Institutions.


* Must involve in corporate payroll giving, corporate volunteering and other ways to involve corporates.


Skills:


* Ability to meet and exceed targets.


* Excellent presentation skills and Communication skills, able to negotiate.


* Ability to build support from staff across teams, and to build the capacity of others.


* Good interpersonal and communications skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

  • About Organization:Baroda Citizens Council began its journey in 1966 as an advisory body to the Baroda Urban Community Development Project, established by the American Friends Services Committee (Quakers group), which was registered in 1966 under the Societies Act in a tripartite partnership with the Baroda Municipal Corporation, the M.S. University of Baroda and the Federation of Gujarat Industries. Baroda Citizens Council was initially an advisory organization which was primarily meant to support and undertake self-help activities in slum where soon urban community development projects took place that were tailor-made for each area and addressed the local needs. Gradually, over the years the programs were streamlined so that they led to sustainable development and empowerment of communities.
