Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and support to ensure successful skill
acquisition.
Community Engagement:
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment within the community, encouraging

engage with the wider community.
Project Management:
Coordinate production schedules, materials procurement, and quality control measures to

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, fine arts, fashion, or related field.
Proven experience in jewelry design and/or tailoring, with a strong portfolio showcasing
creative and marketable designs.
Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentorship, particularly in a community or
social enterprise context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and
prioritize tasks effectively.
