Essential qualifications: Master’s degree in any branch of Science or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in copy-editing of scientific articles and proofreading in a reputed publishing company/institution.

Age limit: Up to 45 years as of the last date of application.

Salary: Rs 40,000/- (consolidated)

The selected candidates will be appointed purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year, renewable up to a maximum of 3 years based on their performance.

1. Please ensure the eligibility before submitting the application. The prescribed essential qualifications and experience are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview. In the event of the number of applications being large, CSA reserves the right to shortlist and restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview on the basis of higher educational qualifications and experience than the minimum prescribed in this advertisement or any other method/criteria as decided by CSA. The decision of CSA will be final and binding on the candidates.

2. Candidates are required to have a valid active e-mail ID which is to be provided in the CV correctly. Communications to the short-listed candidates for interview will be sent via e-mail only. CSA will not be responsible for any non-delivery of any e-mails sent to the candidates.

3. Information furnished by the candidates in their application will be verified by CSA with reference to the original documents during the document verification. During the verification process of documents, if it is found that any information furnished by the candidate in the application is wrong, his/her candidature will be rejected forthwith.

5. Applications received unsigned or without supporting self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, age, and experience are liable to be rejected.

6. The decision of CSA in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, and mode of selection shall be final and binding on the candidates and no inquiry/correspondence change will be entertained in this regard.
