Job Description

Work Responsibilities:

• Expansions and Growth
o Consult volunteers and leaders in existing city chapters on the best case practices to enable them to grow and create more impact
o Manage and expand Feeding India volunteer structures across India and help more people in need
o Plan and organize city and national level campaigns and events to spread awareness /donate food.
o Participate and plan online and offline marketing activities with industry influencers and manage all national level announcements and communications
o Manage regular operations of the organization via the mobile application and helpline number and ensure seamless processes
o Represent Feeding India at networking events, seminars, etc. and give speeches on different platforms and events.

• Beneficiary Programs
o Manage and expand Feeding India beneficiaries programs into different cities and states to make the maximum possible impact
o Conduct in-person/telephonic conversations and meetings with volunteers to deliver the Feeding India programmes efficiently and effectively

• Partnerships and Fundraising
o Identify leads for partners and conduct meetings for the same.
o Plan online and offline fundraising campaigns through volunteer networks, specialized groups, and manage donor retention.
o Maintain partnerships with stakeholders which contribute to the growth of city chapters including donors
o Participate and lead group discussions and brainstorming sessions to initiate and execute on new projects

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or similar professional qualification from a reputed institution.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹180,000.00 to ₹280,000.00 /year

  Feeding India is a not-for-profit organization which aims to solve the problem of hunger, malnutrition and food waste in the country. We channelize surplus food to the food deficit areas. This is done by collecting excess food from individuals, banquet halls, restaurants, corporate offices and other organisations, and directing it to the people who are in dire need of food and have no stable means to access it.
